Fewer rejects, fuller loads and more hours of good coating.

See every run at a glance One board across every program: what passed, what is at risk, what needs you today.
The programs board: four coating programs with their latest run and state, one flagged at risk
Run comparison: run-007 against the good run, bias and stress off, with the finding that the bias injected the stress that peels the film
The proposed run sheet RS-0248: bias, argon flow and pulse timing changes for the next deposition
The program trend: residual stress climbing toward the gate across depositions, the last two runs over it
A run note captured at the chamber: an eight-second voice note and a panel photo, saved to the run
The Monitoring page: a running CrN program flagged at risk with the drifting bias named, and a finished a-C program with ten good depositions

Why customers choose us

Ion-probe reconstructionDETERMINISTIC
bias 80 VE_ion 50 eV
E_ion 50 eVsp³ · H 7.8 GPa
σ ∝ √E_ion0.13 GPa
Grounded in Davis and Robertson. The same inputs always give the same result.

Deterministic, physics-based analysis

Every result is calculated from physics-based models and simulations grounded in published surface-engineering work, so the same run always gives the same answer and every step can be audited.

The know-how stays when people leave

Every run, the change made and the reason for it are written down. The recipe knowledge that usually lives in one head becomes a record the whole shop works from, and keeps when a key person retires or moves on.

Your data stays yours, in the EU

Files, results and the models fitted on them are processed and stored in the EU and remain your property, in your own workspace.

Voice and photo notes from the floor

The operator records a note and a photo on a phone, and both are saved to the run, with no typing at the chamber.

Common concerns

Our records are a mess.

Most shops start there. Theorema Coatings reads machine CSVs, lab spreadsheets, scanned reports and comma decimals, and builds the analysis on what it can verify.

Our machines are closed systems.

Theorema Coatings reads the export files your controller already produces. It works across brands and needs no vendor approval.

Our data has to stay ours.

Processed and stored in the EU. Your files, results and the models fitted on them stay your property, in your own workspace. It is in writing in the data agreement.

This will be another black box.

Every answer separates the machine facts it used from what the model inferred, and shows how well your data supports it. Where the physics cannot answer, it says so and names the reason.

My people have no time for new software.

One folder is dropped after each run. The outputs are documents you already use: the morning overview, the printed run sheet, the customer brief.

Models are sometimes wrong.

Model error is visible: predicted vs measured is an open page, every prediction carries its band, and a model not yet validated on your runs stays locked.
